"The best Chinese food in the city! I will drive the 10 miles, past a half dozen other Chinese restaurants, to Kwang Chow, for the fried shrimp alone. 15 jumbo prawns deep fried to perfection. It’s really the best old school style. They don’t go for experimentation and asian “fusion” whatever that is. They just make the most delicious straight forward classic Chinese food, I’ll say it again, in the whole PDX."

"Yikes! I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews, maybe it's better in the restaurant and we got to go. Everything tasted so bland. We tried chicken lo mein, beef lo mein, salt and pepper shrimp, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef, and broccoli. There was hardly any beef in beef and broccoli. Salt and pepper shrimp were delicious, and everything else was a miss! The prices are outrageous for the actual lack of flavor. There are much better Chinese places in the neighborhood."

"This was the absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The tempura on the shrimp and sweet and sour chicken was perfectly done, best ever. The food didn’t taste cross contaminated like most places that deep fry, and the egg roll was crispy on the outside and the inside was soft, and the bbq pork was real and tasted amazing. I would come back anytime for sure!"

"So lucky to live a short walk from here — huge portions of savory and umami meals and an incredibly friendly staff. We have been here multiple times and will be back again — everything on the menu is lovely but highly recommend the orange chicken, pan fried noodles, one of the best egg flower soups I’ve had the honor to try and the incredible variety of the menu."

"By far the worst service and food I have ever had. Stale, very old, tasteless, & dry. We got there 1 hour b4 closing and the lady told us we could not stay to eat. 27$ for unedible food and now we all get to starve till morning. Highway robbery! I ordered the house special fried rice & wonton noodle soup with egg noodles on the side. Well those noodles are NOT egg noodles. My advice is to AVOID this place like the plague!"
