"Makes me extremely sad to make such a low review, but i only have hope that this will help things improve. I went through the drive thru tonight, march 16th. I told the man working the drive thru that i needed just a minute to decide. Not even 30 seconds later I'm asked if I'm ready to order yet.... There's nobody behind me, i don't come to this restaurant often, i needed a minute to decide. Looking past this, i ordered a meal and some other items. When i recieved my food i did not recieve my drink that came with my meal. When i asked for it i was told i didn't order a drink. What does a meal mean to this location then?? There were fries in my bag that i did not order seperately so I'm not sure why i would have recieved those had i not ordered a meal. Whatever. But the employees here should know that if /they/ make a mistake, they should fix it rather then basically telling me I'm out of luck. I heard them talking about the location being last place in something (i can only assume drive thru time) but it's true. Save yourself the hassle and drive up the road to the other location on Johnson creek."

"I find it very hard to not throw a fit about this so I'll share my experience.im homeless and Im not a junkie I don't stink. I never ask anyone for anything. Even starving and crying myself to sleep I don't ask. I'm not a bum. I'm not a theif. This lady made me wait for over ten minutes while she wasn't busy just to tell me to not be asking customers to buy me food Wich I didn't ,a friend bought me food and I just wanted creamer my coffee was cold and she gave me one creamer and I asked if I could have more and someone said wow she made him wait for all that time and only gave one creamer and then she said oh hes not a customer he's a bum and hes out here begging customers. I AINT NO BUM I HAVENT EVER SAID CAN YOU SOARE SOME CHANGE OR BUY ME FOOD OR ANYTHING IN MY LIFE !!!!! BUT THATS OK BECAUSE I KNOW YOUR JUST IGNORANT ITS NOT YOUR FAULT I FORGIVE YOU. I KNOW WHO I AM AND GUESS WHAT IN MY SHOES YOU WOULDNT HAVE MY PRIDE. you probably would crumble and be out here begging for drug money. Is how I feel about that , whatevs have a good day y'all stay humble never crumble go somewhere else this bk is the worst oh and btw the same girl threatened the guy behind my friend to get out his car and fight her if he has a problem so that's also very professional imagine the care that that trashy individual is putting into food safety...."

"The guy Robert allegedly the manager for night time is hella rude , and unprofessional If I could give 0 stars I would I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy! The food was horrible and cold , on top of that the imbecile wouldn't even answer the store phone so I can request my money back for the cold hard fries !"

"This is fast food I get that but I tell them ham no sausage cause ii can't eat it and I made sure they knew this I get to work a few time and no answer open my burrito and again sausage . I tried calling and no answer. Probably cause they do that a lot .that's what the other burger king tells me . Cause I ended up going to a different burger king that does stuff right."

"Went through the drive. After waiting for a bit, I received my food. Fries were medium hot. Did not complete my order correctly. Ordered a melt. Didn't even bother to toast and melt the sandwich. Honey mustard wrap was OK. Probably will not be back to this location."
