"Horrible location. Been 4 times- twice as an actual customer and twice as a DoorDash driver picking up someone else’s food. Every time I walk in I’m flat out ignored . 3-4 employees will look you in your face and not say a word to you. As a DoorDash driver, I’m standing there for at least 7-8 minutes before someone even acknowledges me. Then, I get no more communication whatsoever about the order status, nothing. The staff is unpleasant always scowling at anyone who walks in. Each time I get fed up and walk directly out the door. The worst!!!"

"Horrible location. Placed the order and it took 21 minutes to make. Employees were arguing using bad language and even dropped food on the floor and had to remake the food. They were plying around so much. At 17 minutes into waiting, one of the employees yells out, can you drop potatos and fries and we still needed to wait. Couldn't they have done that 15 minutes ago. All they did was talk to each other and take forever to make the food. By the way, there was 1 car in the drive thru and no orders in front of me at the location. Unbelievable bad service which is consistent."

"We ordered 2 black bean crunch wraps with guacamole and no cheese or sour cream, Fiesta potatoes with the sour cream and nacho cheese on the side and a cheese roll up. We didn't get the Fiesta potatoes so we had to go back, the crunch wraps didn't have guac and barely any beans."

"Edit 2: the one time I was able actually order food from here, they messed up my entire order. I'm vegetarian and ordered black beans as replacement for all meat options. Guess what?!? I got all meat!!! Thanks for a meal I threw directly in the trash!!!! Edit: tried this place again and just as horrible. Took them 25 minutes to prepare my 4 item to go order. The missed items, I tried to get their attention, and I was flat out ignored. What a horrible location this place is... I've gone to this location three times. First, placed an online order for pickup. Went through the drive through and was told they didn't have my order and couldn't make it because they were only serving delivery orders... Had to call customer service because I already paid for my food through the app. The next two times, I went through the drive through at 7 and 7:30, both times I was told they were only serving delivery apps... I don't understand why they don't want to sell me a burrito :( Staff was incredibly rude and dismissive every time. Cherry on top."
