"Used to be an affordable meal for decent Mac n cheese but they charge so much for toppings that used to be free that it isn't worth paying $30 for an okay meal for one person. $15 for just noodles and cheese and if you want meat and veggies. It's a tiny shack that makes you eat outside because they don't have indoor seating... Also people behind window are always short and angry. My first time there they didn't have the topping listed and the woman behind the window was bitter and angry that I didn't know the menu and was pissed I asked what they offer. Terrible one on one experience and horrible pricing. Also no parking so good luck finding a parking spot in the angry neighborhood near by. I order online now and it's gotten worse never ording from here again."

"We used to absolutely love this place. Particularly delicious mac and cheese with tons of options for mix ins. The first thing that started to push us away was the enormous price hikes. All mix ins used to be included but now getting each individual topping costs about a dollar each, in addition to the base mac now increasing in price. Also the quantity of toppings included when you did pay for them was significantly lower than before, really skimping on serving size. What used to cost $15 will now cost literally more than double that (for mac and cheese?!) so we started going much less often. However we definitely won’t ever be going back after our latest experience. Went to pick up our order after a long hike, took it all the way home, and realized that instead of giving us all the veggies and toppings we paid a ton of extra money for, they just gave us plain noodles. Called and asked for a refund. The guy on the phone was nice but transferred us to the manager who was not so accommodating. The manager said it would not be possible to get a refund because there was no record of us having ordered (??) We ordered our food through THEIR website. We asked them to just remake the food, and they said no. Because “there’s no way to prove you ordered from us.” I had to drive back out there with the receipt before they eventually remade it. You charge that much for mac and cheese and then won’t remake it when you give me plain noodles and get the order completely wrong?? This shouldn’t be something we need to argue to management about, if you get the order wrong you should remake it or offer a refund without a fuss. We did end up getting the remade mac, but this place is definitely no longer worth the hassle."

"First of all let me start off by saying you can't mess up mac and cheese. Mac and cheese is a lot like sex: how bad could it really be? Well, like my first 500 forays under the covers- pretty terrible and the portions left all involved unsatisfied and hungry for a better option. It's one thing to be the only place open at 2:30 a.m. it's another entirely to charge $15 for a scoop of mac and cheese that's loaded with things that have no business in mac and cheese. I took a girl here on a first date and spent $36 and we shared a plate. The root beer float was flat and had no ice cream to speak of. That was $7. We added pork door mac and cheese and a side of chicken tenders and that was $29. For one plate. Too rich, and waaay to rich, you dig? Next time I'll just go dumpster diving behind 7-Eleven when it's 2:30 a.m. and I need something to eat."

"If you are planning on waiting for your food make sure it’s not pouring down in 40 degree weather! It was so much fun to wait at their dirty tables for our food and be told it would be a 8 minute wait for each dish (3 dishes total) and instead get a 45 minute wait in total! Apparently they decided to just not call our name and go on calling other groups’ names. When we finally got enough sense to check on our order we found it to be just sitting there. The food was very yummy but probably would have been better if the cheese hadn’t solidified due to sitting out. They forgot to input our drink as well but the guy who came to the window (different guy than who took our order) gave us it for free due to the wait which was very nice and a special thank you to him. I was so hungry and cold that I ate some of the lukewarm Mac n cheese in the car but will definitely warm it up more at home to see how much better it tastes. It would be great if they had a heater since they have so many tables outside."

"We got the basic Mac and cheese with parm shavings and the buffalo Mac and cheese with chicken fritters, hot Cheetos and parm shavings! Overall really good! Would definitely get again! A little pricey, they charge per topping. We love that the hot Cheetos were on the side!"
