"I know it's Taco Bell, but man...one of the worst. Horrible food which was basically thrown at me. New guy is really struggling and isn't very nice to customers. No hot sauce or napkins provided."

"Absolutely zero service. I ordered online but the app was not taking my order. I went inside and was not acknowledged for 7 minutes with no one in line. Door dash came in and someone immediately asked about their order. They gave the driver his food, called him back because he left the drinks. I'm still standing at the counter as they return to the back. I left."

"The parking doesn't really have spaces for big trucks except on the road nearby, and they're remodeling the interior. But overall it's what you want out of a Taco Bell experience. Live life Mas!!!"

"Came in and was told they would be unable to take my order as there was no one to do so. I was instructed to place it at the kiosk. When I realized it takes card and I was paying with cash, I tried to get someone's attention to ask how that was going to work, and not a single employee would respond to me. First, I can't in to order in person. If I wanted to order through a screen, I would've done so online before I came in. Second, I'm going to consider just coming in and picking up whatever order is available on the shelf. If they can't take your order, they certainly haven't staffed someone to distribute orders as they're being picked up. Won't know what I'm getting. But maybe the loss of product will make taco bell reconsider the forced kiosk ordering and actually staff someone to offer customer service."

"Went through the drive-thru... The guy was really nice and patient while I decided what I wanted. He offered to give recommendations if wanted. They were pretty quick and got our order correct. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others."
