"Ordered from Uber Eats. Never received one sandwich even though it was on the receipt. Obviously counting to two for two sandwiches proved too difficult."

"I came here near close (around 7:00) & there was one person working, almost all the veggies were gone & nothing was fresh. Told me that there was only two bread options but when I asked them if there might have flat bread magically there was. Every time I have gone to a subway I always get Black Forest Ham & this time they didn't have it at all even though it's still on the menu? I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone, I would tell people to go to the one near the high school (Ida B Wells)"

"Worker very busy but did a great job all by himself. Said his co worker did not show up for the second day. I hope that co worker is fired and the guy who was there gets a bonus. Where was the manager? Poor management !!!"

"Horrible customer experience. Two people working there, a man who was wearing a cap, piercing, with blonde facial hair was extremely rude. my husband was nice and greeted him he replied "um hi." And after ordering and saying which bread, he rolled his eyes and irritatedly replied. "Yeah that's gonna be a minute" with the most angry voice. I took my family out of there."

"Purchased a footlong 2/7/23 around 5pm. Did not put in a bag for me. I didn't bother asking, but it's always been automatic that they put the sandwich in a bag with napkins. This is after i gave a good tip. Upon unwrapping the sandwich discover it was whole and not cut in half. I did not have a knife so had to eat it whole. Not the end of the work. On the fence if I'll ever go back to this location. Very disappointed."
