"Terrible shopping experience I had in 2023. I will never shop in this store again. This happened on 12/29/2023 7.28pm,I was trying to return the pants that I bought to the store. She (I believe she was the store manager) was playing with her phone when I was waiting in line, she came to me when I handed the pants to the cashier, and she was trying to find some masks on it, (I was thinking, what is happening? Is she specifically trying to trouble me?). She did find a small mark on the pants, but I explained to her it came with it when I bought it and I believe it was the last one since I remembered the staff said that was the last one in the store in this size, and I removed it with my fingers easily on the front of her. She did let me return reluctantly. Her eyes and attitude make me very uncomfortable, and embarrassed in front of so many customers during the whole process. You know I can definitely return it， why are you making a hard time on me on purpose, and only on me ? Why you show me your face in front of so many people, and make me embarrassed？ I didn't mean to make things difficult for anyone，but who can understand my feelings？ I will never come back to shop here again."

"The staff were okay but the line took forever I wish more retesters were open. I exchanged a pair of jeans which were the same just a size smaller and she charged me 2.50 extra."

"It was very hot in the store but according to the sales lady Clackamas Town Center does not turn on the air conditioning until 11:00 a.m. therefore they have no control over it. Which is kind of odd because all they have to do is not turn on all the super bright Hot Lights!"

"An associate named Esther was very helpful for my visit. I was in a hurry and she got my reservation quickly, got me into a dressing room fast, and helped me find extra sizes when needed. Additionally, she was very patient with me at the cash register and overall made my experience very pleasant."

"Great selection for the floor space. Only thing that needs improvement is pricing. Just because $20 t-shirts is standard in a mall setting doesn't make it justified. Mark the nicer items up a bit more instead. They're actually worth it."
