"Needed a chip in my windshield fixed since the end of October. Service already paid for and this guy is just pitiful. When you can get him to answer the phone he's yelling like he's mad you called. Then he will play a game where he says he will call you on a day following the call in order to come fix the windshield. He then "forgets" to call to tell me a suitable time for him to fix my windshield (a service already paid for prior). I call and call and no return of calls. He finally answers and says he remembers me and gives me another sob story about being the only person working for the company- not my problem at all. He then says he will call me back again the following week. Now it's going on 4 months for a service paid for already. I got my windshield fixed yesterday and it was raining too. This guy will use the rain as an excuse for his sloppiness, it truly is sad. Give it up bud I heard fast food places need employees. 0/5 stars horrible person horrible business."

"I am very happy with Glass Magnum! I had to leave my car at work for a week downtown after my boss drove me home. I was too sick to retrieve my car for six days. When I finally retrieved it someone had smashed in the window. Contacting Glass Magnum and scheduling a drop off time was incredibly easy and simple. We did have to wait a day when the window he ordered didn't get delivered on time but as soon as Mike realized it hadn't been delivered he was very quick to contact me with an update and change the plan accordingly. Once the window arrived and I dropped off the car it was smooth sailing from there. He even gave me a ride downtown to work after I dropped the car off. The window replacement was complete in just a few hours and it looks and works great! The price was also very fair for the service provided. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting Mike at Glass Magnum if you ever need a window replacement. He was very easy to work with and did a stellar job."
