"I can’t say enough good things about this amazing shop! I had gone to 2 other places looking to get a complex chip repaired before I finally found Eugene Windshield Repair. The other places were rude and seemed bothered that I was asking questions. They just wanted to replace the whole thing so they could bill the insurance even more! The moment I called, this place was different. Amanda, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. When I arrived, Dewey was the pro that helped me. He answered every single question I had, took time to explain his work, asked another colleague for his input and really heard me out. He took extra time out of his day to work some magic (he did so much more work than was required) to repair that complex chip so incredibly well, I was blown away! My car is essentially my work office and Dewey and the rest of the team treated me with respect, kindness and some of the very best customer service I have ever had. I left repaired and relieved!
