"They don't keep promises about deliveries nor call a customer to let them know about delays. Poor business practice."

"This is the second or third time this has happened to us. We got scheduled at 11am this time around. Usually when you make an appointment then that’s when they’ll see you. Well that wasn’t the case. Most of the day went by after calling the store several times about their whereabouts. They had no idea. There excuse was that they had no way to get a hold of the delivery guys. That’s very unprofessional in my eyes. Atleast call and let us know that your going to be late. They showed up at 4pm and I told them that we called the store and cancelled due to lack of communication. Never doing business with hermiston store again. Been a loyal customer for 3 years now and this is how loyal customers get treated. We also talked to the store manager Steve about it and seems like nothing is going to be done. Denied to give give us the owners phone number."

"Went here to buy a washer and dryer because we are looking at buying a house soon and didn't want another credit inquiry. The price was pretty close to anywhere else and when you take interest into account was pretty comparable. WELL, payments are a real hassle. I can't pay online for who knows what reason. I have been telling them every time I pay that it is a problem and no one can explain why. I have asked the manager to figure it out and almost a year later, NOTHING. It works in their building, but anywhere else I try it does not. I have tried different browsers, different computer and even friends homes and the library. The hours they are open don't work with my work schedule and it's just a real pain. Our payments always end up late because of all this."

"Went to check on a smart tv and they were great. They spent a long time helping me decide. When I took a returned tv they delivered it and there was a problem with it so the next day they delivered a new one. The cost is a bit much but when your credit isn't great and you don't have cash this is the place to go."
