"Always friendly service here and I've never had a bad drink but the last few visits have given me quite the buzz. I'd like to make one suggestion for improvement so this establishment can really spread its wings and fly. HIRE AN EXTERMINATOR! it is impossible to come here without yellowjackets trying to fly in your car window. I also typically see several flying around inside with employees dodging them. It's certainly not ideal. Bee well!"

"The manager of this location dated my boyfriend 2.5 years ago for 2 months and because of that she won’t serve him. Fine, we respect that. So I go if she is working, and when she is not he goes. We’ve had zero issues with this system. I think it’s very unprofessional, however we do respect it. It’s hard as a customer to be allowed at an establishment unless one person is working and you’ve never done anything but be a frequent tipping customer. This morning I went through by myself and out of now where I was asked if I was his girlfriend and then told if he comes back they will file a police report, I responded that since it’s one person and not the entire establishment we do our best, and that was information they needed to tell him not me since Hannah will serve me. This girl starts telling me how she wouldn’t like if her boyfriend went to any location he knew his ex worked at….. again… so unprofessional. He just bought a home up the road and if you look at a map there isn’t any other black rocks close by at all, or we would happily not be patronizing this black rock that messes up our drinks way more then any other location. It’s very disappointing how unprofessionally they run this “business”the employees have the right to feel comfortable at work but they also need to be professional and someone being an ex but has always been kind to service workers and has never had any issues at any other location because he hasn’t done anything. The professional thing to do here is for Hannah to ask someone else to serve him, and to not harass a customer because of their relation to your ex."

"My usual drink is a hot Irish coffee. I'm pretty sure I was given a regular drip coffee with cream and sugar today but still charged for the medium Irish coffee. I couldn't even drink more than a few sips, it was so bitter and lukewarm. I would have turned around to have it remade but I was heading into work and didn't have time. It's very hit or miss at this location, but I usually don't have any issues on weekday mornings with my order. Maybe it's just a different crew on the weekend."
