"I came through the drive thru and right away the girl says they only take cash. So I leave and go get cash and come back. Then she tells me they’re not open (despite the location being open 24 hours. They have a huge sign that says 24 hour drive thru). Then she tells me I can only order breakfast but not for 5 minutes. The menu on the board is not breakfast, it’s 3 am. I leave and go place an order through the app to pick up. Which went through just fine, I was charged for the food. I go try to pick it up and now she tells me that the store is not even open. I tell her I already paid for my food and she says well I need to cancel it then. The app does not allow the customer to cancel on their end, it says to contact the store to get refunds. I go through and tell them this and they refuse to help me. They will not give me my money back or give me the food I paid for. I talk to the manager, named Louis and he acts like he has no idea what I’m saying and then shuts the drive thru window on me while I’m still talking. He was incredibly rude and I’m baffled that a huge company would employ these people especially in charge as a manager. He was totally clueless! So I basically just got robbed of my money and no way to get it back. I will contact somebody higher up in corporate on Monday. It’s illegal to just take someone’s money and not give them what they paid for!!"
