"Fastest mcdees in east side! Also they barely ever forget anything at the drive up window and always always have very kind respectful employees working Here,i don't go any other McDonald's becuz of these factors here! Thank u everyone who works there!"

"We went to order 2 Kerwin Frost adult happy meals and they were good, but we keep getting the same chicken mcnugget character toys in them. Poor guy at the window told us that he said the "q" word while it wasn't busy & next thing he knew there was 10 people ordering Kerwin Frost happy meals, driving him insane outta nowhere. He deserves to be paid at least McDouble if not McTriple for his efforts."

"I made a drive thru order, for a 2 cheeseburger meal, large, with a coke (no ice) at 13:00. The cashier was pretty mid, and I felt rushed through ordering and paying. However the woman working the pick up window was great! She was happy, friendly, she wiped off my soda and made sure the lid was on tight before handing it to me, and she checked with me to make sure she was giving me the correct order then checked the bag to make sure everything was in it."

"This McDonald's is in a really dirty-looking area and the way they did their interior also looks dirty and street-like. The service was horrible because all they want you to do is use the kiosk. It is impersonal and the seem to have an attitude when you want service. The food was fine and I enjoyed eating but I'll never take my daughter to eat there again."

"For a McDonald's experience this is one of the best. I like to dine in, I'm not a fan of eating in my car if I don't have to. Always ask for the fries to be "well done". They will cook a new batch extra long to get them extra crispy. All or almost all the staff at this location put in the effort to make food that looks good and taste good. I've had two bad experiences in drive through and I went around a second time and they made it right. Drive through is all about speed not necessarily quality. Dine in and they know they can slow down a bit or do custom things for you without holding up the drive through line and that result in better quality. Similar to the fries if you order chicken nuggets, ask for those to be well done. They taste much better well done."
