"My husband and I frequently come to this Starbucks and almost every time they do not give us our order the way we ordered it. We like our drinks very hot. We order them at 185 degrees. My husband emphasized that over and over when ordering. When we get them they're still lukewarm at best. The attendant, when I told her this last time that they weren't as hot as he ordered them, she commented "oh well." They used to have great service but it doesn't seem like they really care. I am so mad at this store , I probably will not return. I really like Starbucks coffee but I might be shopping for a new coffee outlet. They have probably lost our business but I don't think they rally care."
"ASK FOR A KNIFE. They are notorious for not putting knifes in things that REQUIRE knifes. this is the 5th time I've gone in the last few weeks where they don't put a knife in my to go order of bagel and cream cheese."
