"Solid 4. Visited twice so far. First time stayed for four hours chatting with my G-ma. We had good sandwiches and coffee. Staff was friendly. Second visit was "to-go", didn't order food, just drinks. Table was sticky- nothing else was noteworthy. Parked in the parking lot near by both times. Lot is close enough I might bring G-ma again. Otherwise street parking is scarce."

"A perfect little neighborhood spot! Friendly staff, great coffee and seriously good breakfast sandwiches, including vegan and vegetarian options that are delicious! I love coming here to work or stopping in on a walk around St Johns. They serve Coava coffee and make excellent drinks. Love it!"
