"The hot drinks are lava. __________ Above is original review. It had 4 stars because the iced drinks are good. Well, it’s winter again, made the mistake of ordering a hot drink. I have begged for not too hot and everytime I receive lawsuit scalding. I spend the rest of the day not tasting anything. If you’re a mashochist and on a diet this is the place. I’m done."

"First of all, I love Black Rock Coffee as a whole. This location is terrible. The employees are rude, sit on their phones and smart watches, and make bad coffee. Go to the location on 122nd if you want good coffee and service."

"We did not realize that this is a drive thru coffee bar when we went, but it worked out for the better in our schedule. The service was very fast, and we were amazed that they made all of our six people order so quickly. The coffee was nothing special, but it was decent for a quick pick me up."

"Not really sure what happens to this place but it’s gone downhill so bad in the last few month. Not sure what they use to measure the amount of cream you put in a coffee but it’s looking like 80 percent cream and then breaking the lid and still giving to me so it leaks all over me and my care is definitely not what I want first thing in the morning."
