"I will never go to this Dutch Bros!! The line always extends out onto Otty Rd. Right by the light. Sometimes traffic even backs up to 82nd. They have an entire parking lot that they don’t utilize to crest a longer wait line. Absolutely insane and unsafe."

"Really sucks that they direct people to wait in line IN the street absolutely blocking the road, argued with my partner countless times trying to calm him down because of the inconvenience. Seems like it would be easy to have the customers wait in the parking lot instead of in the road illegally blocking traffic…….… I’ve seen people taking orders from the cars blocking the road so I know that the staff encourages them to wait there which again is illegal."
