"With hood bent up, radiator & condenser busted, etc. our 2003 Ford Focus looked like it should be totaled, but Luke at Atomic let me and my kid work on replacing the engine parts on their premises while they procured the major items: a used hood (Luke color matched & painted), & used radiator & condenser, to make the overall repair costs low enough. Also Luke and his guys provided expert tips, like how to get minor parts from Pick & Pull, and finally helped us install that replacement hood. All in all we are satisfied with the work done & services provided."

"After trying to receive work on my car and saying that I did not care about an exact paint match, I followed up via text and got no reply. I then called back after a week to try to get the repair as mentioned. When I mentioned the poor communication the guy yelled at me for several minutes that I didn’t give him the correct info. Bad communication and terrible customer service. If you notice his below, he is still not listening to what I want as a customer. I’d wonder if he would do unnecessary additional work or simply do something completely opposite to what you’d ask of him."
