It is now 12:20 pm and have been told the part will be here any minute 3 times. She will not let me speak to a manager or give me her regional managers contact info. I have had numerous bad experiences with this store on Powell Blvd. I have now called corporate and filed a formal complaint. I do not recommend using this location for anything. Very bad business and customer service."
