"This O'Reilly AutoParts has plenty of parking and is well staffed. There are plenty of knowledgeable people to answer your questions. 4 stars from me. The only reason is that everyone stayed behind the counter . Even though 85% of people asked if they're doing okay, say, "Yes, they're just looking." There's 15% that probably spend 85% of the walk in revenue. Good job on 122nd & Se Division in the Midway Plaza."

"Ordered a part for pickup and entered the name of the party who was picking it up, it was reflected on the two confirmation emails I received. When the person went in to pick the item up they refused to give it to him and were INCREDIBLY rude to this person until I had to call and demand they check their own confirmation email. Really unprofessional."

"Called 2 times. First call someone answered and immediately hung up. No problem, so I called again and someone answered and told me they had the part I was looking for and then hung up a few moments later obviously due to being impatient. Do better guys."

"Very bad experience. Got called for my order that came in. The female manager was helping me, I showed her the receipt, explained that one of her employees called saying it was ready. She told me to leave her store and not tell her how to do her job. I explained my order was in the pickup cart right behind he and I was being as nice as possible and she was instantly rude. I will never shop at that oriellys again"
