Your vehicle gets what feels like the same level of care as if it was their own car they don't cut corners so if you want fast cheap service this isn't the place. With that said they are pretty darn swift and I haven't found any other place that gives me the level of service I get here anywhere else."

Big plus - was able to pull in and have Ford technicians change my oil and do an inspection with no appointment and no wait."

"Very disappoint in my experience with Quick Lane. Came in the other day for something really simple and got the run around. Receptionist had a poor attitude, so I express my concerns and experience with the Manager Robert Stamper. Unfortunately, he didn't even hear me out or cared at all, that's fine. Never did the ten-minute service that I requested, but instead called me back and quoted me $190 just to do a diagnostic, that I didn't need. I simply needed them to check the fluids on my car before I went out of town for my 4th of July weekend trip. The $190 mandatory diagnostic fee was to get rid of me, I guess it worked because I just went down the road to another place and got my fluids check for free and got on the freeway to start my weekend. Not going to go into great details on how I was treated because that not my thing, just wanted to let the next person know to think twice about it if they decide to pay these guys a visit for service."
