"This shop took my info and provided a quote for brake replacement within a couple hours of being open the next day after I contacted them. The actual service went just as smooth - they did a very thorough inspection and provided photos of trouble areas with explanations and recommendations. After approval they had the work done in an extremely efficient manner. The brakes feel like new and I feel extremely satisfied knowing we took care of some other problem areas. Can’t recommend enough for any local sprinter owners."

"I brought my van in for an inspection and oil change. The inspection was thorough. The quote I got for repairs on the other hand was grossly inflated. $2k for a belt and tensioner pulley service. I just had it done at Hartmann for $800. The tech at MBTech may be good, but the estimator is a crook. I should have known just by walking into the place as it looks like a chop shop and the customer waiting area feels like a gas station bathroom. I would avoid this place like the plague!"

"Super happy with the service I received on my 2006 sprinter. Ruben and the guys diagnosed it with leaky injectors and bad turbo amongst other things. They performed very thorough and diligent work. Very fair prices, all parts at or below what I could find online, and they only use original parts. Communication throughout the process was excellent.
