"I have taken my car here for the last 6 years and unfortunately times have changed. If you want the dealer experience where you are upsold things you don’t need at double the price this is your place. This time around was extremely different. I was told I needed new breaks/rotors and calipers with a quote of $1,000 dollars with another charge for the break fluid and the new 4% shop tax on top. I did in fact need new break pads but called around and was done for $375 without the need to replace the rotors as they were able to turn them. I understand different places have different charges, however the staff was very condescending. Unfortunately I will be taking my services elsewhere."

It’s disheartening to still find sexism and dishonesty in this industry but as soon as I dropped my car off with Brendan I felt a weight melt off of my shoulders. I can’t recommend him enough! He was very available and communicative from the beginning and at every step. He took the time and had the patience to explain things to me so I understood what needed work and their recommendations. The process itself was very accessible and transparent, you get breakdowns for everything and approve right on your phone. Some of the jobs have videos to further explain what needs work as well. I felt the cost of the work was very fair. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be bringing my car back!"
