"The older blonde woman did not enter my daughter's drink right, did not greet us at all at the window, and insisted on holding the credit card reader in a position where the screen could not be read. I could not read it or hear a beep, so I had to keep redoing it. All small stuff, but when you are paying $5 a drink, I expect quality employees who make you want to come back. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I recommend not taking it out on customers."
