"Person working the drive thru did everything she could to rush us through out order and when we told her we needed a second we were given attitude. Then when we resumed ordering she paused as though we hadn’t said anything the proceeded with “oh are you ready to order now” in the drive thru at 6:26pm 12/29/2023"

"Worst experience so far. I myself work in a fast food job and have never treated any of my customers like this. I went to simply get a hamburger and the employee at the window didn’t bother to great me. As I proceeded to say my order and would just hear silence. Then at the window I had asked for some sauce and he just rolled his eyes. This short interaction I was given attitude the whole time. I understand it’s a fast food is very frustrating workspace but you don’t have to take it out on the customers. Also I was driving away he just stuck out his head out the window as if he wanted to argue. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. This behavior should not be happening."

"Went there to get some Whoppers and their play place opened back up, so I took my kids to go play on a rainy day. The play area was so nasty and not cleaned. The windows on the play place was covered in hand prints, grease, and there was bits of food in there. I didn’t let my kids stay and play. I understand that people’s kids are not your responsibility, but don’t open the play area back up if you don’t have the crew to clean it."

"If using the Burger King app they have the best value for your buck and this one on Queensgate is as other have said the best in the Tri-Cities! Foods always quick usually ready before you walk in the door if you order online made not just well but exceptionally well and always fresh and has the kids Playland lots of parking friendly staff clean restaurant! And never forget $3 Whopper Wednesdays available through the app only and no I do not work for Burger King but you'll pay way more if you don't use their app"

"I love the kids meal.options, play area is the biggest I've ever seen! One slide. It's very clean especially the bathrooms. The customer service is great too! I'm gluten free and always order my burger with no bun. The fries and drinks taste good too!"
