"Online listed as closing at 10. My wife drives 25 minutes to get there at 9:45 to surprise the kids for the morning. Nope. Closed. She was told by an employee “we are closing early because it’ll be a busy day tomorrow.” Thanks. But not really. The owner of this location should be ashamed of this behavior by the employees. Very unprofessional and poor business practices."

"It actually amazes me how terrible the customer service is here. I always order holiday themed donuts for my children and they NEVER have the holiday box. NEVER have the order. Go to pick them up it’s always “we have no order under your name” until they’re shown the order confirmation. The holiday donuts have started looking so bad I feel like it has to be a joke. Like…. They can’t be serious. My 6 year old could do a better job."

"Just a few minutes before this review I finished the 50 mile drive to the nearest Krispy Kreme to participate in the promotion that was going on to buy any dozen and get one for 13 cents. I checked online first to verify this location was listed in the participating stores list and it was. After arriving we were told "Sorry we are not participating in that." I also heard at least 2 other customers be told the same thing. They didn't honor the pro for any of the customers even though they were listed as a participating location. IN ADDITION TO THAT PROBLEM, the doughnuts were dry and tasted like they had been on the shelf for a few days. I've had Krispy Kreme doughnuts before, and I know what they should taste like. These were NOT what I have come to expect from the Krispy Kreme brand."

"I’ve been to this location on several occasions just to see if I can catch a good time to be there to receive fresh donuts. I’m always sold old donuts. I asked why I could never catch the hot light and I was told that they only make donuts in the morning and they don’t turn a hot light on. My last straw was when I visited to purchase the biscoff donuts and I was sold day old donuts. They were crumbling and hard and also almost $18 for a dozen. I asked if they had any better ones and I was told that they all look like that while one of the workers stood in the back and giggled in my face. I’m officially done spending my money here"
