"My complaint...I called their office and made an appointment with Dr. Yatsushiro to get a 3D x-ray along with his opinion about the possibility for a root canal as recommended by my primary dentist. Upon my arrival and after waiting for the doctor I was told he was ready but they had booked me with the wrong doctor (the person I booked the appointment was not there that day) and that I would have to reschedule. After letting them know that I had missed a half day of work to specifically see Dr. Yatsushiro I was squeezed in to see him after a 45 minute wait. During my consultation with Dr Yatsushiro I believe he was knowledgeable and sincere in letting me know that he was not capable of making a precise diagnosis and that I should seek consultation from another doctor. As I was getting out of the chair Dr. Yatsushiro told me that he could perform an exploratory procedure for a lesser fee and that he would need to take 3d x-rays at that time. I was speechless. I told him that I had booked the appointment specifically on my doctors recommendation for 3d X-rays. I told him the reason I was there was for 3d x-rays!! He insisted that I could get 3d x-rays from the next doctor and sent me to the front desk to pay my $163. I suggest you confirm who you are coming to see and why you are coming to see them the day of arrival."
