"I love Gentle Dental of Gresham. Front office Staff is wonderful and the Dental staff make me comfortable and aware of all the options of service. I have always hated going to the dentist. But I love going to Gentle Dental. I miss my former Hygienist there, because she felt like a friend. Hoping that connection will come with the new one and have every confidence that it will. They know how to hire the right staff!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I called a million places and this was the one who went through my insurance information and said that everything was perfect and accepted. So I dealed with my chronic tooth pain for over a month for my appointment. the day before my appointment they said they need to verify my insurance again now suddenly they don’t accept it at all and I have to cancel and go through the search all over again. They had a whole month to call and re verify my insurance if they needed too."

"I called Gresham yesterday and they had no openings until November 30th so the man on the phone called other offices. He found an opening in Sandy for this week. I just called the Sandy office since my tooth is very painful and infected to see what I should do until my appointment. My appointment was supposed to be for tomorrow at 3pm and they have no record of my appointment. They told me I had to call Gresham to find out what is going on since they don’t have my info. I called Gresham, and they can’t find my info. If they can’t even book your appointment correctly, go someplace else."

"I had severe anxiety about dentists until coming to this dentist. All of the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and absolutely gentle! My dental assistant Michaela and Dentist Dr Kyle did an extraction and four cavity fills for me today. They were awesome!!! I barely even felt the numbing and didn't even feel the fillings or the extraction! I absolutely recommend coming to this dentist. Best experiences at this dental place!"
