"This business is DISHONEST and will STEAL from you. I ordered a part during pandemic and stupidly paid for it in full at the time. Every time I would check to see if it came in I either was ignored or told not yet. A year went by, and I just asked for refund. They said they mailed it, but it was never received. Unwilling to write another check and allow me to pick it up they thought it was ethical to just keep my $450 dollars. they obviously can see if the check was cashed or not but still will not refund me my money for a part or service that was never received."

"paid $1250 on Sept 26th 2023 for a unit to be installed on my honda ridgeline. Not done william overholser owner keeps telling me he has a family emergency is out of town and shop is rarely open. Had another appt verified by william a week earlier for friday oct 27th for install and shop was closed again and "0 " communication from him. Has since said he will refund me...Still Waiting for refund on oct 29th 2023 over 33 days since i paid him deposit."

I was concerned about being able to remove the sub if I wanted so he spliced the wires and installed quick connectors at no extra charge.
