The owner was friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease as a first-timer. The jet ski itself was in great condition, and the location provided stunning views for an exhilarating ride. "Rented the Seadoo GTI SE, and it broke down in the middle of the river about halfway through our rental. We tied off to a post and called the shop for advice. Ashton answered right away to help troubleshoot the issue, but after we finally got the rental running again, we headed back to the dock so we didn’t break down again (and be stranded somewhere else). We requested a small $50 refund from the office for the time spent troubleshooting/fixing the jet ski, and also for not being able to stop anywhere on the way back. This was denied. The river is beautiful and overall was a nice afternoon on the water. There are plenty of coves and beaches you can stop at, but we weren’t able to. Our plan was to go up river and stop at a few places on the way back, but that didn’t work out as planned. Highly recommend a half day jet ski rental, but maybe not from Innovate."

The owner keeps you updated, and their pricing is excellent for the quality work they deliver. Highly recommended for watercraft services"
