"Everytime we order from them they always are so quick to say anything else but still get our entire order wrong, and as for someone who can’t have mayo they sure slapped a lot on even after saying NO mayo loud and clear."
"I ordered food from here, it was cold , and soda had no ice, i tried telling the manager but the chubby obese manager was too busy trying to flirt with the mexican girl, she looked not interested and nervous by his advances, i told him get back to work , he looked surprised i said that, then another obese worker with red hair told me whats the problem here, i ignored the situation and walked out ! Never coming back.. no wonder burger king is running out of business.."
"When I was told they didn’t have my online order I realize that I didn’t submit my order so I quickly fixed that issue. It wasn’t that big of a deal at least it wasn’t me but apparently it was an issue. I’ve gone to this Burger King a handful of times and never had any problems."
"Placed an online order through the app at 11:30pm, simple order 1 whopper with cheese, no pickle extra tomato and onion. Now the app has refused to let me order before saying the store is unavailable, even during business hours, when there's an issue and the store isn't accepting/can't accept online orders, so I know they can do something to prevent online orders if they're unexpectedly closed. Drove over right away. Lights and signs and menu board were on, nobody answered at the menu board. Went to the window and the woman in there was putting french fries into a fry container like it was being served, guessing probably taking home her meal at the end of shift, and told me through the window that they're closed. When I informed her I had put in an order on the app, she came to the window and insisted they were closed. I told her that I know they're open until midnight, it was 11:35, and I had put in an order on the app and paid for it already. She then says but what if something happened in the store? If something happened in the store we'd have to close. We can't put anything on the app to tell people. I told her I know that's not true, because the app has refused to let me order in the past and told me the store was unavailable for ordering even during business hours. She said well I'm just telling you we're closed. So you're telling me I ordered something and paid for it and I can't get it? She said you can go online and get a refund. Now, y'all, I've worked fast food before and I've worked closing before. I know what's going on here. They were dead, the 1 or 2 people in the store decided to close up early and shut everything down and get their cleaning done so they could walk out of the store earlier than normal or maybe even right at midnight when closing store time is. The fact that they left the street sign lights on, the drive thru light on, the menu board lights on is a dead giveaway. They didn't want any visible indication from the road that they were closed early in case a manager drives by, and they were banking on nobody coming through the drive thru, or nobody being willing to complain when they got told we're closed. Also the fact that she didn't say something did happen and they had to close, she said well but *what if* something happened? She didn't want to flat out lie, and she had closed the store, but she wanted to make it sound like they "had to" hoping I'd just accept the answer. Sure I can get a refund - in 5 to 10 business days according to the automated support on the app. Even though this one is the more convenient one for me to get to, I'll just go to the one up by Walmart from now on."
"I get it's fast food but there should be some level of quality and care for a job. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers at the drive thru. I left and jumped on the highway. Turns out the burgers were hard, ice cold and even the cheese wasn't melted. Very disappointed I called the store and the manager said I can return for 2 new sandwiches. At this point I was already on the highway and wasn't worth for me going back."
