Carl’s Jr.

"Credit where it's due...I've had a lot of double cheeseburgers in my life, but last night's experience at this Carl's Jr. experience is the very first time I've ordered a double cheeseburger with only one patty on it. So great job there. A memorably disgusting burger that, since this is Carl's Jr., is supposed to be of a better quality than say, McDonald's. And though I've had my share of bad experiences with McDonald's, never once have they shorted me a patty on a McDouble. This is truly an astounding level of either ineptitude or pure apathy. What's also noteworthy about this experience is that the location was not busy at all and yet the fries were still clearly not fresh given how rubbery they were. And my wife also had to knock on the door (the lobby was closed) to let them know they shorted her an order of fries. Not sure how this happens. It's not as though we ordered a lot of food. It was two combos, which obviously should mean two orders of fries and not one. I guess in summary, I should know better than to visit a Carl's Jr, but both Noodles and Company and KFC closed earlier than we needed, so they were not the first choice. Not specific to this location, but Carl's Jr. has been on a steady decline for many years. They want to charge you roughly around 11 dollars for a small combo, but you have to be very fortunate to ever get an experience worth that much. I'll try you again in a few years...maybe."

"My burger a double western was very dry and looked like it was thrown across the room after having to wait 12 minutes to get it. The employees were too busy talking with their friends that were there getting food. Usually this Carl's Jr. is a great place. I guess it's best to go during the day. I worked 10 hours and standing waiting was the last thing I wanted to do and the burger was terrible. I was very disappointed. And all I got was a halfhearted "sorry" from the manager."

"Wanted give them excellent review we had went to red lobster and horrible time didn't even get food ordered and 25mins to not even be recognized . You guys so nice lady working the window so friendly and fast service and didn't ignore us like red lobster and asked if we had any question and made sure we were careful with the hot food and really friendly when we asked for some ketchup. You guys fast food your service way better them red lobster!good job guys and the food was amazing. Glad we chose you guys instead.if I could Rate you 10 I would!"

"As fast food goes this wasn’t bad. I got exactly what I asked for which is a win in my book. I ordered the #1 meal. Bun and toppings were fresh. Food was hot and it was a step above McDonalds, Wendy’s etc. I’d definitely eat here again if I was craving a burger and wanted something fast."

"Wow. Fast, fresh, very well made food. The pride was evident. Head and shoulders above typical fast food. Ask for onion, you get choice of white or red, not reconstituted fake "flaked food product, onion flavor", it's the real thing. Great service as well, courteous and just the right amount of helpful. Everything was spotless too, I might add. We will be back for chicken and waffles sandwiches soon!"
