Denny's 3652 Glenwood Drive, Eugene, OR 97403

"Absolutely VILE. The food was almost inedible. We ordered for 3 people and spent $60. The eggs tasted like rubber, the sausage was UNDERCOOKED, and the hash browns were so overcooked that i thought i was chewing glass. The staff was so rude, too. Waited twenty minutes to just be acknowledged by our waitress. When there was a miscommunication about how my eggs were cooked, they refused to recook them and told me it was my fault for ordering them the way i did. The customer should always be right We almost walked out of the diner without paying at all. It wasn’t worth it. For a normal sunday brunch, i would NOT recommend going to this Dennys. You'd be better off going hungry."

"I ordered over easy eggs, my eggs were cooked hard. I was offered for them to be re-cooked, but I NEVER send food back because I don't want my food spit on by pissed off cooks. I also already waited for 25 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. We were ready to eat and leave as it was night time and we had a long and busy day moving family local to us from another state. The service was awful. The young man that was supposed to help us was too busy on his cell phone to look up and see us. I picked food up earlier for the family I moved here and again the restaurant was empty with only one other couple and they were eating already. I seen the cook put a bag of food ready to go on the counter and it sat there for 5 minutes before I finally interrupted the guy playing on his cell phone to ask him "could that be my order?", he went over and it was in fact our order. We went back to order for ourselves because even though it appeared there were far too bored and lazy staff working, it would be quick since no one was there, wow! were we wrong! Not once were we asked if we needed anything else, which we did but by this point we were so frustrated at the service that we just wanted to get out of there. While sitting eating, another couple came in and they also waited at the counter to be helped for quite a few minutes before "cell phone guy" looked up and seen them. Also while eating, "cell phone guy" remained on his phone the entire time we were there. The only good thing about this visit was the fact that we were exhausted and no one was there so it was quiet. The place did appear clean. There were two other staff working. I am assuming waitresses but one was seated at a booth doing something with paperwork and the other was roaming around doing I am not sure what. Wont be back here. Other than my eggs being far too overcooked the food was good, but the service absolutely sucked! By the way, this was February 18th, 2024"

"I've never raved about Dennys, but the night cook has given me REASON, rather than convenience, to eat here! Oh my goodness, my veggie omelet as well as my friends Denveromelets, were to die for! A plethora of flavors!! Thank you young man!! soon good!!! Our waitress compliments the chef well too! She was awesome! Thank you both!"

"Todd's place was recommended to us by a nurse at the Dr's office we drove 2 hrs to see. We were slightly skeptical after passing 3 sex shops on the way. Todd's Place made up for the weirdness! Food was Great! Staff was wonderful, coffee was hot! Prices were more than reasonable!"

"This used to be a reliably good spot to drop in, day or night, and refuel, but it has gone way downhill in the last year. My chicken fried steak tasted like am/pm filler beef, the gravy was separated gelatinous muck, the red skinned mashed potatoes tasted about 85% fake flake from a box, and my husband's meal was no better. The garlic bread that came with mine was yummy, but we still went elsewhere for a burger after leaving, as this meal was too unpalatable for consumption. May have to find a new go-to."
