"Had a super rice bowl, the staff recommended it was absolutely amazing. Got my attention while waiting in a different very long line and I'm glad I listened. The staff was amazing, friendly not overly pushy. Sadly it's only in the mall food court."

"Paid $20 for a sandwich and thai iced tea. The drink cup was entirely filled with ice, to the point where I could barely poke my straw in it. About 3 sips of actual drink was provided in the cup. I asked if I could get some more drink because I paid $5 for a cup of ice and was rudely denied, as apparently it's their "company policy" to rip people off. The lady said I needed to pay $5 for another drink. Hell no. Terrible customer service and business practice. Edit: I'd never ask for a refill at Starbucks because even they don't fill the ENTIRE cup with ice. That's a pretty low bar to set for yourself. As someone around small business owners, there's a fine line between customer satisfaction and saving money and you all are nowhere near it. I paid $5 for iced tea, not a cup full to the brim with ice. Do better."
