"The bread on the sandwich was to hard to eat. Crunchy all the way thru. Contact corporate and the manager wrote me. Said she would take care of it. The she would give me gift card to get a fresh sandwich. I sent her info. Never heard back. Her name is Cassandra Piercy. It is obvious Subway does not back there product or service. As a disabled Vietnam vet with multiple TBI's(traumatic brain injury) it is frustrating being ignored. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.."
