"Service sucked! Waited to be seated for 30+ minutes when over half the restaurant was empty. Requested to be seated in the bar when we checked in so we could enjoy drinks while watching the football game. Bar itself had 1person while less than half of the tables were occupied. Not only were we NOT allowed to wait in the bar, we were not seated in the bar even after we reminded the host of our preference. Manager absolutely rude and made excuses. Couple behind us got seated in the bar 2 minutes after we were seated. They also seated parties with kids in the bar even after parents said they would prefer NOT to be in bar. They messed our order up twice without so much as a apology. BUT they were sure speedy with the check while we were still eating! WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!"

"While my family walked in we we're promptly greeted and seated by host Bailey, she was very friendly. Server September, took our drink and food order promptly, but after that, drink refills we're hard to get as we didn't see our server for a while even though the restaurant was slow before dinner rush had come in. Had to flag down another server when we needed assistance. Once we got our food, everyone's meal was delicious except my father's steak that was completely rare, we asked them to fix it and by the time they brought out the steak cooked properly, the sides we're cold; my Bourbon Mushroom Swiss Burger had a nice kick to it and was cooked nicely."
