"Nothing wrong with the staff or this location at all. The menu itself is just so bland. If you love cheese, this is your place, but it was an obscene amount. Chicken chipotle tasted like bread and cheese with a hint of chicken."

"I went to this Jersey Mike's while I was driving through town and I decided to stop in to get a sandwich cause I was super hungry. I ended up getting helped by this girl named Ashley. She was super courteous and was very patient with me while I was deciding what I wanted on my sandwich. After making my sandwich, I have to say that was the best sandwich I've had in a long time and the rest of the staff were also very nice. I ended up finding out that Ashley is actually the General Manager of that store and I have to say that she was the most professional manager that I've ever met in my life and I would absolutely come here again to get another sandwich because it looks like her and her staff have a lot of fun while they are working!"

"Food that was delivered was wrong - calling their number is a waste of time as no one answers! Was supposed to receive a roast beef plus meat sandwich and was forced to eat pig meat. What a joke of business this is!!!"

"Worst experience ever! This was my first experience with Jersey Mike's and I will never return again since that is the way you treat your customers. I tried to call in an order but no one answered and there was no one at the store. How do I know that because I was in the parking lot talking to my husband then when we were done I called the store I was in front of when no one answered I entered and it was 8:40pm. They still had 20 minutes but they were all cleaned up and ready to go. I asked if I could still order and the man looked at the clock and said "you could still order" with the emphasis on 'could'. And I did. When I gave him my first sandwich order he went right in and started making it at the end he asked if I needed chips or a drink. I told him I would get chips with both of my sandwiches. He said you want another sandwich? The turned his head around and looked at the clock. Meanwhile, one of the other employees kept groaning, a young man, he was not about to go unheard about how displeased he was as well. It was the quickest sandwich ever made in history. Since it is a chicken philly I only hope the chicken is cooked! I paid and left and it was 9:00pm when I walked out. They did not stay longer than what they were scheduled for I am sure. Wish I would have just went home and cooked instead of giving my money to a place like this. They need to find a job they can be happy with. I will find another place to eat when I get off working my second job of the day."

"The overall quality of this location has plummeted in the last year: Consistent delays of 20-30 minutes on online orders, consistently wrong order items being prepared, consistently declining meat quality, CONSTANT turnover among employees… The final nail in the coffin for me was today - I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and found raw chicken in it. Thank god I found it before it was eaten. I will never come back to this location, and am advising others to avoid it like the plague."
