"I went with a friend to Burger King at this branch I really like Burger King everywhere I had wonderful service, but in this branch it was a shame!!! We ordered a kosher meal because we are Jewish and we keep kosher and we politely asked for no pork We got home and found out that the dish was wrong and they put pork in, we went back to ask that they change our dishes, but they didn't do their job, the manager behaved rudely, he was very rude and unpleasant to talk to, he said he couldn't help us, he closed the window on us in the driver's service, and threatened Let him call the police Disgusting service This is the last time we will reach you I will make a representation with a lawyer You will hear from me again Shame on the manager and branch staff for representing Burger King! I'm not going back there anymore Antisemitic"

"Got a chicken sandwich at the drive-thru and pulled over to eat it. First impression was that it was 90% breading and 10% chicken. But the worst part was that the breading tasted nasty, like they cook chicken, fish, and onion rings in the same oil and the oil was old-very old. I know because I worked in fast food restaurants for over ten years. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the man that answered the phone remembered my order and that he WAS the manager. He claimed that the oil was changed yesterday. Perhaps they changed the oil by replacing it with old spent french fry oil because it certainly was not new oil. He did admit that they do fry various foods in the same oil. He did not offer to cook me a fresh sandwich or give me a full or partial refund. Well I guess I won’t be going back there. Better to go somewhere they appreciate their customers. I guess no one told this guy that a happy customer will tell one person but an unhappy one will tell ten or maybe many more with the help of the internet. Real smart dude."

"Almost always a very good experience and staff is always super courteous & nice. Today I had a negative interaction with I think it was the assistant manager, or the manager, Heather over a wrong order. She was definitely unfriendly about it, bordering on rude."

"Don’t get a kids meal and expect a toy they gave my kids paper kids size cups as toys called because I thought it was a mistake nope then the lady refused to answer how the kids are supposed to use a cheap cup as a toy. The manager proceeded to set me down on the counter tell her employees that I was going on about the cups blah blah blah in those words and then the employees also stood around and talked about appointments they had that morning and other things and I sat on the counter until I hung ten minutes later… absolutely unacceptable and again what in the actual heck in what world is a paper cup alone a toy. I will not go back unless someone fixes this! I have three extremely disappointed kids."
