"Came in at 11:30 to order food they wouldn’t serve us. They said they stop taking orders at 11:30. Because they would be able to cook food even though they said chicken tenders only took eight minutes to cook. Very disappointing it was our first time trying. Just got off work late. Was hoping to get some food."
"It seems the standard is to wait about an hour for your food, even when you order online for pick up and it says 20 minutes. Waited about 15 before leaving then waited another 40 there for 2 20 piece combos. Chicken was OK, at best. The best one was the garlic Parmigian. The "atomic" is basically red pepper flakes and some sort of tomato paste mixed with chili powder and Frank's red hot. Weak sauce."
"We ordered online and immediately after had a family emergency happen, we ended up being really late for pick up and the order was cold. We asked for a re/fire on out food. Knowing we were at fault we didn’t have spect to get special treatment … but team members Megan and Mark told us “ Of course!” Without hesitation… This turned what could have been a bland experience to an awesome day… Thank you again for empathy and compassion and giving us a great experience"
"Does parking suck? Yes. Do they need more training in the store? Absolutely. Those of you who are complaining about a place that recently opened, or left without checking your order first - that's on you. This place is great. It's about time we get a chain that has great flavor. Highly recommend. I have been here 3 times since they have opened. Wait times have became better and there have become more efficient"
