"Bad customer service. Waited at the window for 15 minutes for an order that was sitting at the window. 3 people came up to the window made eye contact but walked away. When I did get the food... half my order was missing. For as much as you charge you would think I would get at least the right things."
"This will be my last trip to this chipotle, which is a shame because I like the franchise and was so excited when one opened in Albany. I order the same burrito bowl everytime either online or in the store and it always tastes WILDLY different. Sometimes they go very heavy on the citrus, sometimes the rice is undercooked, sometimes the chicken is burnt or the steak doesn't have the fat rendered. Today's was a common one, where something is ridiculously over salted to the point it is not edible. The people are nice and the service is efficient... But the inconsistency in the food and the fact that almost every dish I order has a major fail is the reason I am giving up on this location."
"So if you run out of cheese please don't offer queso instead and then charge extra. When you tell a customer you don't have cheese after starting their order, don't tell them they have to pay because you already started their order. Pay attention to cross contamination. People's allergies are real, and sometimes deadly. Last but not least don't be rude! It is never okay to be condescending for no reason. If I'm understanding about not getting cheese, because your manager can't stay on top of ordering supplies, then know that I am on your side."
"This is the second time I've visited. Both times the food line and back table had food everywhere. I asked them to clean up the line before serving me. The server used a paper towel, and did not know where the bleach rag was, which is supposed to be used for cleaning. The manager pointed out that the bleach bucket and towel was less than 2 feet from him. I love the restaurant in Corvallis. But in Albany, the workers seem to be very young and untrained about cleanliness. I hope it improves. ."
"This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I ordered door dash and the order was wrong, again. There was no cheese on the tacos, and one of the tacos had LITERALLY two pieces of chicken on it. Two. So when I checked the others, one was normal and the other had 4 pieces on it. If you're paying $13 for 3 tacos, you'd at least want them to be correct. This is essentially theft. You aren't getting what you are paying for."
