Hawaiian Time

"I went to Hawaiian Time on Saturday the 16th of March and paid $25 for one meal and gave a $2 tip. I paid for three extra teriyaki cups and only got one but it felt as though a whole bottle was squirted in the bag. It leaked all over out of the bag and on my cloth seats in my car. When I asked for another bag to put it in or something to soak up the sauce the person at the window just closed it on me. I am extremely disappointed in the service and angry at the treatment and the mess"

"I have gone through the drive through many times and I order the same thing. I always order the large khalila pig with no rice under my meat, On the side of my meat. I do not want any rice at all. But I ask for 2 scoops of macaroni salad. Each time I am charged an extra dollar for the mac salad. Although I don't want any rice. I still get charged more for the mac salad. Today for the first time, the man at the window asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no. Why would I leave you a tip throw a drive through And not to mention I pay a dollar more. But i'm saving you the cost of the rice. This young man with the curly hair had attitude. An attitude I did not appreciate. Needles to say, You just lost a frequent customer"

"Well got here at 8:55 (they close at 9:30). The open sign was on and I was then told that due to a staffing issue they were closing early. So that sucked I told them their sign was on and went to get Carl's jr instead. When I pulled out after getting my food the open sign was still on. So that's annoying."

"The huli huli chicken and Mac salad is very good and even better, their kid approved. They have generous portions. The inside was closed, but the drive-thru was open, which worked ok for us. The staff worker was nice and professional."

"The food taste great but when I order a 15$ plate of food and don’t get more than 6 pieces of each kind of chicken imma be a bit upset when I get home. Your portions aren’t matching what they should be with your pricing. Otherwise you have a friendly service staff and good food. Very disappointed in your serving size especially when I get home and my order is wrong."
