"Intru Taco Bell fashion, the food was fine but the service was very rough. The screens that we are now supposed to order on we're not working properly so after spending 10 minutes punching in our family's order we had to turn around and read them to the lady at the register. Then when we received our meal of course there were items missing! At least you know what you're going to get at Taco Bell!"

"Me and my husband just got back in town from Salem we figure stop by Taco bell. Wait time was off I assume it's because they were about 20 minutes till closing. We ordered , got to the window the girl was already huffing and puffing with a tad bit of a attitude I understood u know it's late she also just wants to go home we ordered Lg nacho fries and a soft taco and a Mexican pizza. The nacho fries super cold, For the amouny of time we waited at the window I'd think we'd have warmer fries and food than that we went back into the drive thru and the girl just had a nasty attitude and as she "ordered" us to park upfront it was anothrr long wait. She came out and gaved us the fried with a nasty attitude again. Again I understand it's late people want to go home but please if we are waiting that long can our food be warm enough to eat."

"Work place seems to be more international than external. I usually go around dinner time, and most of the workers seem to care more about each other, rather than getting down the wait time. Food is usually up to standards, I never miss any items from them. Just wish it was more customer focused"

"Walking through the door, the place was a mess. Every table had SOME garbage on it. There were zero other customers at that point, so I don't see any justification for it. I ordered 4 breakfast quesadillas with Steak and no tortilla (I'm diabetic. They just put all the contents in a bowl). I order this often, from multiple Taco Bells. The amount they served to me looked about right for if I had ordered three instead of four. They also, initially forgot my hashbrowns. As for customer service... It's almost non existant. If you wait at the counter to order, they will look at you and flat out ignore you until you call someone over. Long story short, would I recommend this location? No. There are MANY fast food places in the area. Go to one of them."

"Ordered 2 sausage burritos no tomato, both had extra tomatoes, when I pulled up to the restaurant staff was outside smoking and rolled their eyes when they seen me, I did not see one person wash their hands after their smoke break!"
