"Burger was made well, and young lady was trying her best but got no help from colleagues. Cheese curds were not cooked, and we felt treated like a nuisance than a customer."

"Long wait, to get the wrong order. I've always loved A&W but this specific location is terrible. I ordered 2 of the same meals A2 papa burger with cheese fries and received 2 completely different meals. There was no cheese on the fries despite being charged. Service was just terrible. I would have attempted to go back and allow them to correct their mistake. Unfortunately, i just did not have time to. I'm looking forward to the new restaurants in town being completely and hopeful their customer service is better. You loyal long time lost a customer."

"The employees were extremely disrespectful to each other. It was sad to watch people talk to other people like that- in front of customers. My food was made wrong and while one staff offered to remake it, the manager just handed me some sauce and said "there you go". The atmosphere was awkward listening to them put each other down - and not in a joking manner. It actually made me uncomfortable and I said something to an employee. She shrugged it off. I understand this is "fast food" ... but the work environment here is so hostile it's palpable. I would encourage a store wide training on respectful communication?"

"I went to the drive through the other day. Spent roughly 40 minutes in line. When I pull up to the window, there's only 3 or 4 people working the busy dinner rush. Food was great but long wait time and low staffing."

"We went through the drive thru. We got a large cheese curd and root beer floats. Overall, I find their food overpriced in comparison to similar places. We used to frequent this place, but only occasionally go here now because of that. The cheese curds were so delicious, I only wish you got more since it was over $10, and the floats were on point!"
