"My mother disliked this drive-thru ladies attitude. She looked to be part Hispanic, part American. I didn't pay attention too good, but she seemed to have bad customer service. Our fried chicken sandwiches were chewy... like they were not done completely? It was off-putting. My mom and I did not like the cold french fries, like they just sat out awhile..."

"No one wants to eat old, cold fries and no one wants to pay money to eat old, cold fries. I'm not sure you could pay me to eat them either. Which raises the question: are you guys actually in the business of selling food that people want to eat and exchange money for? I thought that was the entire business model. Kind of hard to pull off when your food is *consistently* bad. Might want to talk to your staff about setting a timer if they can't judge when it's time to throw away old, cold, dry product. I won't spend my money here again, I will drive past it every day on my way home from work and choose somewhere else to spend my hard earned money, as I'm sure many others who have had a bad experience here will too. That's a lot of loss in revenue. Adds up. In this economy, people are going to be a lot more sensitive about where choose to spend their money. My customer loyalty will be going to the places who deliver consistently good product. Good luck!"

"I'm hoping it was just a one-off, we ordered through the drive-thru and we're told we needed to park, so we parked in the front of the building, a few moments later a lady came out with a bag of food so I rolled my window down, expecting it to be for me, she just looks at me and says can I help you with a snarky attitude, I tell her that I'm parked in the waiting spot and I'm expecting two burgers, she lets me know that it's probably for me and gives it to me and walks off, I hope it up the bag before I leave and it's not what we ordered, I get out of the store, go inside and talk to somebody who I believe is a manager and told them. Them. They took the food back and brought me out the correct food, however the burger that I verified wasn't mine. I had to open and she gave it to another customer which was a little concerning. The food taste however was also off, I ordered to guacamole bacon burger and it just didn't taste quite right"
