"My wife and I were craving sushi late in the evening for some reason and we knew there would be no hope at 10pm. Of course any place worth going would be closed by about 8pm, but oh my God we were wrong!!! This restaurant stays open late and the food was amazing!!! You can tell by the taste of their sauces like the spicy mayonnaise that everything is made in store! I had the tofu poke bowl, and was not expecting at 10 o clock at night to get such a Beautiful, great tasting serving of food! My wife was raving about her sushi burrito as well! The service was great too, the order taker took his time and gave us suggestions since it was our first time visiting. I can not wait to return, it will not be so late at night next time, this will be a great date spot! Thanks so much to everyone involved in this amazing experience!"
"My favorite meal in Eugene. Tonight I got the Philly add avocado and fried mushrooms. Everything on the menu is delicious and the bar attached to it is my favorite!"

"I’ve been going to SuBo for a couple of years since my sister first recommended them. I’m glad the Eugene has a brick and mortar spot it’s much nicer in winter weather. The bowls are the best value and a good way to try all the individual components. My favorite is the spicy tuna bowl. Make sure you ask for sauces they have a wide selection behind the counter. Maple sriracha and garlic are the best. If you’re looking for a deal there is an online only deal of 2 for $25."
