"The man working the drive through at 9:30 pm on March 8th was so friendly and excellent customer service, really took me by surprise. 5 stars! I will say, the parking curb designer was a goofball. They need to remove those ridiculous curbs or they will lose more business."

"Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. My husband went and got us food from the newly opened Popeyes on commercial. He came home with 3 chicken sandwiches and tenders for our 7 year old. I took a bite and instantly noticed it was raw opened another sandwich and the tenders and once again pink and slimy. Called and told them, no I'm sorry or anything said I wanted my money back and was hung up on. So I loaded up all of the food and took it back in with my receipt. Ask the guy at the counter to speak to a manager and he just turned away from me. I'm ignoring me. After waiting a couple minutes. I asked another lady if I could talk to the manager so that my food was not cooked and I wanted my money back. One rudely snatched my food away and said they'd check it out. Another lady came out to me and said that they would recook it. I told him no thank you. I don't trust chicken that's not cooked. Especially when I have a child. With an attitude. I was told she'd checks every single one. It's not the point. I was served raw chicken on the first place. Finally got my money back but will never go again and I would never ever recommend anyone to go here."

"We went through the drive through and ordered the Truff Blackened chicken sandwich combos with Mac and cheese. We got the completely wrong sandwiches and they gave us mashed potatoes. I would rather wait longer for the right order than it be fast service and wrong.. we also told them it was wrong and they just put the sticker over the same sandwhich instead of making the right one??? Odd. 1 star review for sure"

"Went in on opening day and was happy with experience. Due to it being the first day the cashier really struggled with keying in our order. But that’s to be expected on the first day. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating. It wasn’t crowded and is still very “new” nice inside. As far as the food I got the spicy wings which are hands down the best wings I have ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot of wings in my life. I strongly suggest giving the wings and this location a try. Looking forward to continuing to have this new Popeyes a block from my house."

"I just got done eating with husband. We stopped by about an hour ago. We got just ahead of the dinner rush, but the parking lot was very hard to navigate in my handicap van. The guy at the window was extremely kind. Very friendly and outgoing. He had to double take at our giant passenger van haha. We had spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and cokes. I will say our coke was only filled to the logo on the cup 2/3 full. We parked so my husband could run in to fill them up. The sandwiches were delicious! Sauce was on both sides which was nice since the other location only ever puts it on one side. The four star is because our fries were definitely old. The service is slow, but it just opened. They’re still finding their groove. Very cool, friendly, and upbeat staff. Chicken is delicious and that’s what we came for. I live about 500ft away, so I’m very excited to have a Popeyes out in south Salem."
