Domino's Pizza

"Worst Dominos location around. I tried to place an order via the app, it says I need to call the store instead. Okay, no big deal. I call the store and place the order. The person on the phone tells me it’ll be done in 19-25 minutes. I wait about 25 and head down, 7 minute drive to the store. I show up and they tell me it’ll be done in 15 minutes. I ask why and they said a big order came in. Okay, whatever, I understand. I go outside, wait another 18 minutes, go back in and get told “just another 3 minutes, it’s coming out of the oven now.” I finally get the order, they try to offer me some free soda, I don’t want that. I get in the car and drive home. I go to have a slice finally, almost a hour after I placed the order, and it’s the WRONG SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. Like what a freaking LET DOWN! I know the lady repeated the correct sauce back to me, I check the receipt and it’s the correct one on there too. To make it worse, the receipt says it should have been done about 50 minutes after I placed the order. So I have no idea why the woman on the phone told me “19-25 minutes.” TLDR; an hour wasted to get the wrong order. I will NEVER come back to this location. NEVER."

"Order pizza the other night...over an hour and a half..tried calling more than once, no answer. Tried to deliver after I had long gone to bed. Ridiculous. Still charging my card though I received no pizza. Two days later and still can't anyone to answer phone and take care of refund. Thanks measure 110! Love @ 425! Even though you may have to pick it up and bake it, it will still be far quicker with better product and service than waiting for a pizza from this place. You will actually get your food you paid for. Or, drive to Costco. Also quicker and cheaper."

"Tonight we decided to go with their family pizza $19.99 I ordered a bacon thin crust pizza and it was burnt from the top and the bottom. It almost chipped my tooth biting into it. Dang. The pepperoni pizza was good. Parmesan bites and cinnamon sticks good. I wish that they could of seen the mistake and recreated."

"[Update 11/7/2023: Okay yay! They listened to my review. My pizza is on point now. That's what's up! Thank you!] Why is my cheesy pizza bread burnt and not at all cheesy? How do you mess up cheesy bread? Why would you be okay delivering this to me? Have you lost your mind, Domino's Pizza?"

"Ordered for delivery as my partner and I were in the middle of finishing a house project. Pizzas arrived looking like the driver was pulling doughnuts right before dropping off. I tried calling 4 times to get the situation rectified only to be transferred each time and then promptly disconnected. I had to drive to the location to solve the problem. So much for paying the extra fee for delivery."
