"I love Papa John's pizza but their customer service (especially THIS location) is not it. I work swing shift and wanted to pick up dinner on my way home. Cool- website says open til 1130pm. Call to double check that's fine as my order through app only gives an asap option... They close for pick ups at 1110pm. So I could pay 5.99 and tip to get delivered to my work in time despite it being only two minutes away. Btw when I called it's because they are mopping at that time. Like ok but why do you say open then if you are doing closing duties? Additionally, I have ordered in the past on three separate occasions to my order stating ready, going in, and having to wait half an hour because it was not in fact ready or they gave it to the wrong customer. I can get a one time problem but not 3 times in a row throughout a time period of 2-3 months."

"Food here is great. If you want something new here that provides good customer service, go somewhere else. I went in tonight and guy at front asked if I was there to pick up. I told him I needed to place an order and he literally didn't say anything else and turned around and started putting stickers in boxes. After I stood there for a few minutes he then turned around and asked what I wanted. Need to train what good customer service is."
"The customer service of this store is amazing! Every time I need help or just service they are great! Thought I order a pizza but didn’t. My fault not the apps.The manager took our order and ran it out to our car. Being a that I had my kiddos with me! This helped me a ton!! We come here once a week and wish I remember her name. She is a standout employee"
"Had some delivery tonight.. The crust is really pretty great for these guys. The cheese bread was a little greasy for my liking, but over all everything was pretty ok for delivery pizza. Unfortunately some time during delivery the whole package fell or something, pizza was all curled up on itself but the toppings didn't come off so no harm no foul. I will probably order again."
