"Lobby locked today. Paid with the app and they refused to give me my food. I had to argue with the employee in the drivethrough. Why is there a chain on your door guys? Put up a sign. About as unprofessional as it gets."

"I have lived in south Salem for 40 years. This Birger King has always been my favorite!!! In the past year EVERY visit has been a disappointment for one or more of the following reasons: Rude staff AND Manager (asked to talk to her) Manager has NO customer service skills Repeatedly received cold food Incorrectly made food when asked for change Charged too much -charged xtra for onions Chicken wrap had hard as a rock chicken The staff do not say thank you or please The staff do not smile We are very active so my family usually eats here between 2-5 times a week. Now I say, “lets eat at BK” and I get a resounding NO. This is sad, because this WAS a great pleasant place to eat!!!"

"Cudo’s to Royal at the South Commercial Store. Such a polite young man, took extra care with helping me on the app and since it was slow, delivered our food to the table. Royal was groomed impeccable, spoke intelligently, and made our whole visit pleasant! We will go back."

"The food tasted proper however they were a little heavy on the sauces, fries came out nice and hot. We were greeted and had to wait to place our order because the only person that was doing it was also getting other people's orders put in bags, we waited about 3 minutes before we even were able to talk to anybody. Food is ready and a decent amount of time. The store is nice and clean"

"Tried the new "whopper melt." Let's just say it's not even close to a whopper, it's the kids cheeseburger patty! And had to pay extra just to have 2 small patties. We requested the regular one, grilled onions, lite sauce and we got one with tons of sauce and jalapeños! Must have got somebody else's order, we never ordered the spicy one so much special sauce we could not even pick it up without patties, onions falling out, had to scrape of most of the sauce and onions off just to eat it, what a mess! See picts (next to ranch dressing), it's tiny! The store was DARK with no lights on, looked closed. Told the staff about the lights being off but they still off when we left the drive thru."
