"I rarely login to leave reviews but this place is a literal nightmare hell if you’re just trying to get a sandwich through the drive thru. This has happened to me at least 4 of the 7 times I’ve tried to go to this subway. Tonight I drove by and checked to see if there were customers inside, there weren’t. Got to the speaker to order and was told it will be just a minute. I checked my phone, 10:24. And by 10:30 with no response I pulled around to the front, still no customers in the store. This staff needs fired or to have their head checked because it’s purely being used for decoration."
"Horrible customer service I waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and didn't get a response from any employee. I pulled up to the window and was rudely told that I had to order from the speaker. Went back to the drive thru speaker and waited 5 more minutes before leaving."
"Horrible service through the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes and no answer in the drive thru. Didn’t even get to place my order. This is at night. With a girl and a guy working at the same time, maybe something else was going on other than working, just saying, they weren’t on the make line making any sandwiches."
